What can we do if we feel overwhelmed, unstable, and like the world is on the brink of self-destruction?<\/p>

Take a look at what we’re seeing around us \u2013 and sometimes in ourselves: hate, fear and selfishness. And all the things that come from these, big and small. We really feel powerless.<\/p>

We can’t expect to change everything overnight, but there are lots of small things we can do to make ourselves and our surroundings healthier.<\/p>
